Hi, my name is Chef Matthew Vinetti. I have hosted many cooking classes and demonstrations in my numerous years as a chef in various restaurants. Over the years I have learned how to bridge the gap between the home cook and the professional chef by combining my easy to use spice blends and other products with easy to follow recipes you can use at home to achieve flawless professional results.
My product line is made by me and me myself so I can assure you always the best quality as you would expect from any professional chef.
Here at Chef Vinetti's we strive to always be conscious of our environment so we've gone green! We recycle all packaging materials and encourage you to do the same. We also now employ the use of biodegradable inks and labeling so handle spice bottles with dry hands and the labels should hold up just fine!
